Crochet Workshop

class date: Sun, Oct.30, 2011
class time: 1:00 PM — 3:00 PM
instructor: Susan Haviland

An individualized class for both newcomers to crochet and more experienced crocheters.  Beginners will be introduced to the basic stitches and techniques of the craft (Note: usually at least 2 classes are necessary to learn the basic stitches and operations) and should bring a skein of solid, light-colored worsted weight yarn and a size H/5.0 hook.  More experienced crocheters may bring or begin a project of their choice and receive individualized help from the instructor on pattern and yarn selection, pattern reading, and stitch and finishing details.

*Requirements depend on the student.  Beginner crocheters will need a solid, light-colored worsted weight yarn and a size H(8)/5.0mm crochet hook.  Advanced crocheters should bring a pattern or project they’d like to work on.

Cost: $30/session
