This short and sweet workshop is a friendly, successful and satisfying introduction to a notoriously challenging yet, hugely popular beadwork technique. Turn out bold and beautiful beaded ropes as supple as string while learning how to crochet bead ropes. After learning this technique you can create dozens of bracelets, necklaces and lariats by simply varying the bead choice, the order in which they are strung and which hook is used. Basic ability to crochet a chain stitch is advised. Bring your spirit of adventure and your patience and leave with a beautiful bracelet and a new hybrid crochet/beading skill. Purchase the kit from the instructor for $15 (requisite ribbon yarn and beautiful beads) in class. Bring, borrow or purchase a crochet hook (in size G, H or J). (Use of any other materials…and all bets are off!!!)
